What clients usually ask.

Why a fixed price instead of hourly billing?

Because you need to know what you'll pay before we start. We take on the risk of estimating well; in return, the scope is written down.

What if I need something extra mid-project?

We quote it as a change order, with price and date, and you decide before we do anything. Nothing is billed without your written approval.

Who owns the code?

You do. Custom code is delivered to your own repository with credentials and documentation. If you want another vendor tomorrow, you don't need our permission.

Can you work on the system I already have?

Yes. Legacy Rescue starts by backing up and documenting what exists, even without source code. Then we decide together what to keep and what to rebuild.

How do payments work?

By invoice. Projects are usually 50% on signing, 30% on design approval and 20% on final acceptance. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Do you work with clients outside Colombia?

Yes. We work remotely over video calls, in English or Spanish, with contracts in US dollars.
